Who is responsible
The controller of this site is VR Express OOD (Bulgaria). To ask about your data, or to have it deleted, use the contact form on the home page.
What we store
- Contact and quote form: your name, email, message, the type of request, the page you sent it from, a salted hash of your IP address (to limit spam), and which link first brought you to the site (see below).
- Likes: a random voter id kept in your browser's localStorage, plus a salted hash of your IP address.
- Analytics: page views and clicks on outbound links, with the page path, referrer, utm_source / utm_medium / utm_campaign, a per-tab session id kept in sessionStorage, and your browser's user agent. Stored in our own database.
- First-touch attribution: if you arrive from another site or a link with utm parameters, your browser's localStorage keeps that source, the landing page and the time. It is sent to us only if you submit the contact form.
- Operator Pack purchases: Stripe processes the payment. We keep your email, the product SKU, the amount and the Stripe session id.
- Admin sign-in: sign-in exists for the site owner only. Visitors have no accounts.
What we do not do
No advertising pixels. No third-party ad trackers. We do not sell or rent data.
