In one look

The problem

People who run several projects at once end up with ten tabs, a few spreadsheets and no idea what they pay for. Wikis turn into mazes, team tools are built for crowds and bookmarks never get opened.

What we built

One page you arrange yourself. Projects sit on a drag-and-drop board by phase, from idea to launch, next to your tools, your AI agents, your subscription costs and some productivity stats. A command box adds and moves things from the keyboard, with confirm and undo. You can try it without an account, and signing up offers to move your board into it. English and Japanese, with a Japanese-landscape look.

Where it is now

An experiment, not a launched product. It is live as a landing page, a try-it-without-an-account board and a sign-up. It was built in two bursts, in February and September 2026, and the last change was on 24 September.

What this would have cost in 2024

About $4.7k and 3-5 weeks

2024 team: 2 people: a front-end developer who also does the back end, and a part-time designer. Built here by one founder working with AI in 5 working days in two bursts.

How it was built

From first commit to current build in 5 working days in two bursts

  1. A working board in one evening

Projects on a phase board you can drag, a widget grid you can rearrange, a tools list, an agents board, productivity stats, a subscription-expenses widget and a typed command box. A neon dark mode and a Japanese interface arrived the same night. The next morning widgets were sorted by category and phases became draggable.

  2. Brand, share card and accounts

A logo mark, a share card for links and a dawn effect on the hero image. Sign-up and sign-in arrived, with a prompt to move the board saved in the browser into the new account.

  3. Subscription expenses move to a database

For signed-in users, expenses are now saved to the account's database instead of the browser. The next morning the data hooks were changed to read through a cache.

  4. A public landing page

Visitors now land on a page in English and Japanese that explains the board and offers to try it without an account. Signed-in users still go straight to their board.

Who did what

The founder decided

  • Try it first: the board works without an account and saves in the browser.
  • English and Japanese switch in one click, across the whole interface.
  • Built for one maker, not for a team.

AI built and checked

  • The whole app, built in Lovable from the founder's prompts.
