The problem

Someone who needs a property boundary marked, a combined sketch, a site survey or a real-area check often doesn't know which of the four they need, or what to bring.

What we built

A Bulgarian-language site with one page per service: when you need it, which documents to bring, how the work goes and six common questions. The phone number sits in the header of every page, and there is an inquiry form on the contact page.

Where it is now

Live at geogrup.bg with 9 pages in the sitemap, structured data for the business and each service, and share tags. The prices page and the “which service do I need” page are still placeholders.

What this would have cost in 2024

About $4.5k and 3–5 weeks

2024 team: 2 people: a front-end developer who also designs, and a Bulgarian copywriter with SEO know-how. Built here by one founder working with AI in 5 days.

How it was built

From first commit to current build in 5 days

  1. Project created

The Lovable project is created and its first edit sets the page language to Bulgarian and adds notification toasts. The edit log then goes quiet for almost two months.

  2. Dark and amber redesign

A styling overhaul, a centred hero line, the amber look applied to every page, and the office address with a map.

five edits in a little over two hours
  3. A tripod for a logo

A hand-built vector tripod mark replaced earlier tries (a hazard sign, then a rifle scope) and went in as the favicon and app icons.

    icons in 4 sizes
  4. Launch pass

Business details filled in, indexing switched on, and a sitemap and robots file added. The sitemap was submitted to Search Console.

Who did what

The founder decided

  • One switch controls indexing, robots and the sitemap together, so the site could be built private and launched in one step.
  • The logo is a tripod, chosen over a hazard sign and a rifle scope.

AI built and checked

  • The site, built in Lovable from the founder's briefs.
  • Launch checks (sitemap, robots, Search Console) run in a Claude session.
